Fall Happenings

"My Savior"
I am not skilled to understand What God hath willed, what God hath planned;

I only know at His right hand Stands One who is my Savior.

I take Him at His word indeed: "Christ died for sinners" --this I read;

For in my heart I find a need Of Him to be my Savior!

I'm so very thankful for the opportunities that God has brought my way over the past few months. It's like He has handed me an ice-cream sundae...and then keeps putting cherries on top! (i don't really like maraschino cherries, but hopefully you get the idea ;)

{Since my last post was pretty close to forever ago...
I shall try to fill in a few blanks for you}

Being an Aunt has been oodles & oodles of fun!...just like everyone said it would be. :) It's hard to believe, but Evin will be 4 months old next week!

Heidi became an Eleven-ager!

Cooking @ the Northwoods for Journey to the Heart, and other events.
Still working as Dad's secretary. :)
 Erik's 15th Birthday!

Was a Team Assistant for the last Girl's Journey of the year. 

Mom & Sophia had Birthdays! 

Annual family Hunting trip.

Grandma Fredrickson stayed w/ us for a few weeks.

And we spent Thanksgiving weekend with our family in Minnesota. :)

 Something that God has been reminding me of recently is the fact that He is the one who will give me Strength and Joy through each moment of the day. Accepting those gifts is still a choice that I need to make daily; but it means that I don't have to rely on my family, my friends, or myself... and that's a big relief. :)

Psalm 73:25-26.
"Whom have I in Heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever."
